Way to go Suzy,

Time to hit it hard and start moving and grooving. I'm doing a Beachbody Fitness Challenge, a 90 day challenge if you are interested in hearing more about that but if not it sure sounds like you have things under control. Good luck! You can do it.

Happy New Year Spark Nevadans!!! I'm starting this year at a plateau!!! I lost all my baby weight I've been carrying off and on for 8 eyars, so this plateau was the same spot I was at since college, and that is unacceptable to me.
I'm hitting the swimming pool, doing laps for at least 60 minutes 3 days a week and just added cardio boxing (thank you Gold's Gym wii) and wii fit routines for strength training. Here's to 30 more pounds lost by July!

Under the Weekly-Weigh Ins forum you can track your weight loss as well!! Check it out! You don't have to weigh in on Saturdays. Just post what you weighed that week on Saturdays.

Hi! I am ready to ring in 2011 with some new goals and resolutions. I was doing well this year until the last few weeks (as usual), and really fell off the wagon. I want to start eating healthy again as of Jan 1 and start losing again. My main focus is to start tracking daily again...counting calories is what works for me, so I have to get serious again about tracking every bite!!

Sounds great guys!!

In 2011 I am going to:
-Cook a new healthy recipe at least once a month
-Learn to balance work, play, and gym (I start a new job on Wednesday!)
-Finish a 5k
-Reach my goal weight of 140!

This is just a few. I know I can make 2011 MY YEAR!!!

Hi Lindsay!
I too want to get serious again and drop some of my weight too! In 2009 I lost 60 pounds. In 2010 I basically maintained. (until the holidays) So I definately want to lose about 3-4 pounds each month in 2011.

I go to the gym about 5 days a week so food is my biggest issue. I just need to eat healthier and my weight will start melting off again!

So count me in for the 2011 challenge!

Hello to all my fellow Nevadans!!

My name is Lindsay! I am a new leader of this team and hope to inspire some new and fun challenges and motivation to this team!
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

The first challenge I am going to propose is to set goals.
Write them out! Get them out there!!
New Years is almost here. That means New Years Resolutions and, for some, a clean slate!
Lets all start with a few things we would like to do in 2011! Goal weights we want to achieve, habits we want to quit...
