I have stopped trying to do cardio for now. I am trying to find some dvd's that do strength training or stretching without cardio. I do have a lot of pain in my left shoulder (both with back neck pain regularly), and the yoga I tried made it worse. It was the plank position and stuff. I don't know whether it will improve if I keep doing it by strengthening the shoulder, or whether it will just make it hurt more (because it's lyme).

I have been so tired too, and I was really pushing myself to reach a mile goal or a number of minutes per week goal with my cardio. It is somewhat free-ing to not do that anymore.

I found this interesting article full of recommendations by the ILADS found at ILADS.com

I found a recommendation that I had read elsewhere, that during treatment, Lyme patients are NOT to do Cardio. (Exercise info starts on p. 37)

All of my strength workouts include cardio, so I am in the process of finding new ones.
