I am lucky if I can get 6 hours of straight sleep every night and I have lost 22 lbs so far. I do not believe sleep effects weight loss at all. Report

I have fibromyalgia and Seaonal Affective disorder, so I don't naturally get deep sleep without meds to help and regular exercise. If you have sleep troubles, don't ignore them! Get checked! I binge and have carb cravings/night-time eating because of the fatigue. Thanks for the article! Report
Don't forget - caffeine is in things other than soda, coffee, and tea. Take a look at the foods you're eating too! Report
