Over the years I've tried many methods recommended by both my friends and family but none of them seemed to work out for me until I chanced upon this holy grail where I've lost almost 33 pounds in just 1 month trying it out! I can now fit in dresses two sizes down and receive many compliments from not only my lovely husband, but colleagues and girlfriends about how great I look right now! I'm here to share with you guys because I am really thankful and hope someone who also needs this can experience similar results as me! Here is the link to my holy grail method! bit.ly/3gUfzF9
I don't weigh myself that often. So many ways to tell I have lost or gained weight.
Thanks for sharing
I weigh daily to keep my self accountable but the small chhanges when it goes up due to water retension do not affect my mood or my dietary plan for the day for I know that my body will release the watr as it needs to do so.... this is my way of not going out and blowing it at a fast food joint and eatting double cheeseburger with large french fries and large milkshake for lunch and then say the next day, "I don't know why I weigh ten pounds more today"...
interesting article and lots of interesting comments
I use the scale twice a week; monday and thursday. It keeps me honest.
I use the scale only once a week
I'm strong, can do pretty much what I want to. My clothes fit, so I don't worry about the numbers.
This is not difficult for me to do as I don't weigh myself too frequently.
Great suggestions! I end every day with 3 things I’m grateful for.
Great tips. I admit I am a scale guy and need to put less emphasis on it!
Great advice! I am one who weighs myself daily, and sometimes I allow the result to effect my day. It can also be an inspiration to continue on with this journey of healthy eating, tracking, and weight loss.
