I enjoy my day of...time out!
I have set a small goal of breaking 160 and not going back up again. To be successful, I will:
- walk before breakfast at least 4 times/week.
- plan my meals each evening for the next day
- do cross-training exercises 15 minutes/day
- track my food and exercise accurately every day
Over the years I've tried many methods recommended by both my friends and family but none of them seemed to work out for me until I chanced upon this holy grail where I've lost almost 33 pounds in just 1 month trying it out! I can now fit in dresses two sizes down and receive many compliments from not only my lovely husband, but colleagues and girlfriends about how great I look right now! Good Basics-I consider common knowledge. The thing I don't get is 'Diet (ers)' If they end up on a diet-They were not so 'smart' to begin with??

Some good ideas! I need to track better what I eat and how much I exercise. And, how much water i drink each day - I just do not drink enough.
