I have set a small goal of breaking 160 and not going back up again. To be successful, I will:
- walk before breakfast at least 4 times/week.
- plan my meals each evening for the next day
- do cross-training exercises 15 minutes/day
- track my food and exercise accurately every day Report
Over the years I've tried many methods recommended by both my friends and family but none of them seemed to work out for me until I chanced upon this holy grail where I've lost almost 33 pounds in just 1 month trying it out!
