Mostly helpful, thank you. What I have found with so many of these articles is the mention of needing 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Though I do everything suggested to obtain that goal, my middle of the night hot flashes destroy my sleep and the ability to then fall back to sleep. I know I’m not the only one that struggles in this area. The other area that is challenging for those of us who are chronic under-eaters, is the suggestion to not eat unless hungry. I could happily skip lunch and dinner almost daily and have had to learn to force myself to eat in order to get to the suggested nutritional values. It’s still a struggle. I even told my husband that after 3 weeks I have almost built up a hate for food. I appear to not have a hunger trigger built in. But I faithfully push on, hoping some magic switch flips on and I learn to look forward to the next meal. I so appreciate your insight and wisdom in your articles, so my comments are not meant to be taken personally. Each of us just have different struggles and no one article can speak to each of our needs. Thanks again for your goal to push us all towards our healthiest self! Report
