My New Years resolution this year was to start taking my gyms 25 minute core class twice a week. The first class I made it through I was amazed that I had made it..I was stronger than I thought. About a month later they added a third class that into my schedule. I have been consistent going into 10 months now. I really didn't realize the difference it was making until around July. My mobility was so much better and I was a lot stronger. Core has always been on my groan list, hated it....now I love it. The results are so worth the effort. P.S. I am 78 years young and going strong. Report
