Scored 11 out of 12 so its nice to know am going about this weight loss journey with a positive plan and view. No.11 is a little grey, I think. I interact with Spark each day but most of actual discussion of dieting and sharing what I have learned is thru my family of sister/sisters-of-my-heart so feel as though I really scored a 12.
