I did it twice at work today. I thought it was an energy booster and it did boost my energy and rest my back after being over a keyboard. I am going to incorporate a few yoga poses I can do in the lunch room. Thanks.
Also, head up, shoulders back, stand or sit erect. You look more confident, which makes you feel more confident. Works for me!

I had a hard time doing it for 2 minutes without wanting to add a stretch or twist. However, it's a great way for me to practice mindfulness which does boost my confidence. I will be sure to incorporate this into my every day routine.
