How do you achieve and maintain a positive outlook?
Love your body! The body you have now, could be someone elses goal!
There are people who would love to be under 300lbs, 250, 200 etc. Before putting yourself down for not being where you want to be, remember there is someone struggling to get where you are now. Stay positive and learn to love every stage, and plateau.
Remember, two steps forward and one step back is still one step forward. As long as you keep moving forward, you're winning. No one is perfect -- forgive yourself, learn from your experience, and soldier onward.
Progress, not perfection!
