Carry A "Yes!" Picture And A "No!" Picture

MEMBERS SPARKED

I have a clear plastic make up bag in my purse. On 1 side facing out, I have the picture that shocked me into action this spring. On the other side, a great pic from years ago when I was at my goal weight. When I think I want to eat something I ask myself "Which picture do I want to look like and will this help me toward that goal?" AND...it's time for a new "YES!" pic in my new size 4 jeans! emoticon

  • I want to do this! I had started to overeat again, and began to notice uncomfortable changes. How clothes were fitting, even under 10 pounds up weight gain! Ive lost so much on spark, that it can be easy to think it wont really matter if it is just 10 pounds -you know- how bad can it be when Ive lost like 70! Well, the thought of these photos gave me a reminder of how much MORE uncomfortable I would be if I let my overeating continue- and put me back in the near 300 range!
Getting that pick ASAP!!!! I suppose I should carry I recent one also, so I can see what I can lose!
