Remember Your Health Role Models



Remember the positive role models that your grew up with. Even if most of the people in your life growing up were not taking care of themselves, if there was even one person who modeled a positive, healthy way to live, then you had a role model. Cherish those memories and the power that they give you now in your own health journey.

More Information:

For myself, it was my father, who was always a disciplined exerciser and weight maintainer. There were teachers who were obviously in-shape because they took the time to exercise... later, my father-in-law was a great example a senior citizen making exercise a central part of his daily life.
