  • Yes, every day I tell myself that we are all different, our journey and our methods are different, and are what is right for each of us at this time. I am on a path that I believe will be the best for my long-term success, based on my past experiences, personality, life-situation, etc. Oh, how I wish I was losing faster - but for me, right now, this is working, and I can't begrudge anyone else their swifter success! - by XHOOSIERLOSER
  • This is what "getting real" is all about! - by PSHANKEY
  • This is perfect! I still am a little embarrassed to post my weight on my weight loss graph. I put the amount I have lost so far. Maybe someday I will have the courage to just post what I am. It is only a number right! - by RUNNER4LIFE08
  • It was a big step for me to put my weight graph on the public portion of my page. Karvy is absolutely correct in that we are all here for the same reason. Get it out there and be accountable and supportive. - by EMLG11
