Secrets of Success

Psst Psst Pssst

One secret is perseverance! Keep at it/ keep trying. Remember we can't change yesterday, it's done. We aren't promised tomorrow but when it comes.... Go go go!

A second secret is you. This is all about you! If you don't take care of you who will?

I tend to jump in and see what happens. I know I can do this. I've already done this. I learned my pace is steady and slow. A little more each day. It once took me 40 minutes to walk a mile. I found out how long it should take to walk a mile and I did it, I DO IT, 11 minutes per mile. I do it, me. Me. I sometimes have to walk 14 miles home, when I started this it was 6 hours now its 3, 3 hours. I do this, me. Me.
I share this because I do this, I learned I can do this.
Walking I don't mind. Running is a goal of mine. If it wasn't for fear of dying and waking to someone giving me mouth to mouth, emoticon , I would be running now. I have tried it a few times but found fat DOES hurt, I don't care who says differently. I did it though, me.
We all have our own goals. To reach them we need perseverance and ourselves.

I am on a new goal of eating. I think I am one of the few, that I know, that is considered overweight and it is because I don't eat enough. I am going to learn this though. I am going to keep trying until I can say, I do this, me. Me. I need to do this because no one will or can do this for me.

Everyday, I get up and tell myself you can do this. I am the best cheerleader I know! It's easy not to walk, I mean I like my couch potato moments. I do anything to beat my mini records.
We all know there is truth in this shared moment. We just have to find our path to show ourselves we can do it.
Perseverance and personal cheerleader!!!
Go go go
