Log in. Log in. Log in. Just do it. It's been said before, but it's the truth. Just logging in helps me get off on the right track in the morning. When I wait to log in later in the day, I don't do as well. (But if I don't log in early, logging in late helps me turn things around.) Even if all I do is log in, that's something that keeps me connected to this journey.

The premium coaching has been great, too. The site can be very overwhelming at first on your own. I have started and stopped SP several times, but when I finally started using the premium coaching page to guide me through the tasks each day, I started to get it. I love that it's a one time fee and not a subscription. This sounds like an ad, but it's just my experience. I've tried WW and like the premium coaching here better. The coaching sessions are short and doable every day, and I don't have to schedule in time to go to a meeting somewhere else. I can log in and walk through the coaching steps in a just a few minutes and, bam, I'm on the right track for the day. It's also a LOT less expensive than other programs.

Others have mentioned the Sparkpoints. I love those, too. It is just a fun way to get to know SP and keep learning. It may seem silly to some, but it can be a fun way to get familiar with SP. There is so much I am not using yet on the site because there is so much to it. Take your time and get the hang of one tool at a time. Use what works for you and don't fret about the rest. There are plenty of tools here for everyone.

Log in. Embrace the points. And check out premium coaching if the basic version feels too overwhelming or your don't like all the ads. These three things have really helped me make great progress toward having a healthier relationship with food.
