Hi sparkpeeps!

I am here to make a change and do things right once and for all! I've spent the past 6 years riding the rollercoaster of weight loss & gains and am so tired of this cycle!!

I have all the tools at my disposal; now I just need to learn how to stay focused and keep a determined attitude and let no obstacle or excuse get in my way!!

I am looking forward to the changes on the horizon and am ready to do this!!

Time to get healthy 'n fit!!

My Goals:
★ Get out of the obese BMI range (174)

★ Be in the healthy BMI range (145)

★ Run a 5K

★ Run a half marathon

★ Learn yoga


★ Lose 50lbs in 2012

★ Learn to not be afraid of weights (lol)

My Program:
✿ Exercise @ least 4 days/wk

✿ Hike 1-2 days/wk

✿ Slowly get back into jogging/running by incorporating a program of gradual re-introduction to the sport (like C25K)

✿ Water, water, water!

✿ 3 meals/2 snacks a day

✿ No processed/GMO foods

✿ Limited sugar/"empty" carbs/coffee consumption

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
