2020 new beginning

Fitness Minutes: 26,429

My Goals:
- Enjoy shopping for clothes again and actually try them on at the store.

-No longer require an extension for the seat belt on a plane.

-Set an example and hopefully a trend with my family in getting them more active with healthier eating.

-Taking time out to workout at least 4 times a week of cardio.

-Pampering myself after Yoga stretches so I can feel as rewarded as my body will.

-Remembering my size is not who I am it is merely a result of who I thought I was. Being my own cheer captain. My own motivation.

-Trying new receipes to incorporate fresh foods never tried before.

-Reach my goal weight of 120 lbs.

My Program:
-Yoga 35-55 minutes two times a week.

-Cardio 4-6 times a week ranging from 25 minutes to 45 minutes depending on if any other exercise scheduled.

-Walk...I mean jog a 5K race :)

-Consume 1250-1550 calories a day.

-Drink water all day and get in at least 80 oz.

-Walk every chance I have if possible at lunch or breaks while working. Take stairs not the elevator. Go the long way not the short way.

-Play games with family on the Wii. This is very active.

-Starting to ride my bike again.

I'm Angie!

Born and raised in Georgia with two sisters. I have an identical twin sister that isn't on the same program as me and that can be upsetting. When I look at her I see me, but she will have to want this as much as I do before a change will happen.

Other Information:
I love movies of all kinds and try to reward myself with one when I accomplish my tasks for the day or week. I am not much for reading books, but love to pick up the First magazines.
