Hi I am here for support from everyone. I have tried on my own but its been hard. I am married and have a baby boy. I hope this is my last diet. I need a change. I need to get healthy. I will make a list of goals. I will start with one then add another and another after my goal is reached.

1st goal- loose 20 pounds by Christmas/ I got there late but still I got there, lol. 1-13-09 I got myself a smaller size pants.

2nd goal-Be under 300 pounds by February 24th/I got there one weigh in late. It's okay though. I got myself A new outfit for my brothers gathering.

3rd goal- hit the 50 pound loss by April 28th/ I got there late but I got there. Again just one weigh in late, lol. I will be getting myself a medicure and my nails done. Plus eyebrow waxing.

4th goal- To be a size 18 by Oct 28th. That Will be one year since my Journey began. And that will be 5 sizes lost./


Okay so today is 3-5-09....I wanted to do a update on whats been going on with me. Well here it is. I started here hoping to last but never thinking I could. Well I am still here and still losing and have no plans on ever quitting. I am much stronger then I ever thought. I started a size 28 and I am now a size 24/26. It is so great to know my body is getting smaller, although I don't see the changes myself yet.

4-5-09......Just quickly wanted to update. Today I lost 50 pounds exactly in total. I am so happy. Words can't ever describe how I feel. I have never before ever lost 50 pounds or even close to 50. Its always 10 pounds or even 20. This is a huge thing. I am so proud of myself. Plus I am wearing a size 22. Not all styles but at lane bryant I am and thats all that matters to me, lol.

My Goals:
Ok so I hope to lose at least 160 pounds. I'm only 5'1" so more if i can...and if I decide to.




My Program:
I am watching what I eat. I eat anything just not all at once. I make sure I get at the least 8 cups of water a day. And I'm exercising at least 30 minutes a day.



Personal Information:
I'm here to lose weight and change my life and become the best ME I can be. I am a 29 year old stay at home mommy of a 4 year old boy. He is my life. I have a great husband of 7 years who is a great supporter of everything that I do. My 2 guys mean the world to me.


Other Information:
Im really into the biggest loser. I still don't know how they do so much exercise.
I love to read. True crime is my favorite. And I love to come on SP!!! I love the support and It makes me feel accountable.

    Hey! Thanks for commenting on my blog! That was very nice! It seems like we're in the same boat- It's nice to know that other people are watching over you and know exactly how it feels. You and I have the same exact goals and the same amount of weight to lose. We should lean on eachother for support if thats what it will take- I know that I would like that!

    Congrats on keeping up with the exercise bike!! As long as you make yourself active for AT LEAST 10 minutes, that's all its going to take to start forming a habit. Also, I joined curves for like $35 a month (which isn't too bad) and it's the first time in my life that I've actually WORKED OUT! I have been going for almost 2 months and I go for 30 minutes every Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs. The people there ALL know how it feels to be overweight and they all have been there! Lots of the people that workout there have lost 100 plus pounds! It's inspiring and amazing to actually see someone in person that has accomplished something that I want to accomplish. It might be something that you would like because it's all on your own pace and I'm in the same boat as you. It's been working extremely well for me so just wanted to let you know.

    I also love the Biggest Loser which I think is on tonight! YEAH!! Thank god they got rid of Brady! Those 2 are just plain EVIL!!!

    Thanks for the comment! It's always helpful to know that others are struggling too. And you're right: it IS an addiction. I watch these shows on how drug and alcohol addiction works on the brains of those who have them, and I'm always struck at how exactly the same it feels with my food addiction.
