Hi I am here for support from everyone. I have tried on my own but its been hard. I am married and have a baby boy. I hope this is my last diet. I need a change. I need to get healthy. I will make a list of goals. I will start with one then add another and another after my goal is reached.

1st goal- loose 20 pounds by Christmas/ I got there late but still I got there, lol. 1-13-09 I got myself a smaller size pants.

2nd goal-Be under 300 pounds by February 24th/I got there one weigh in late. It's okay though. I got myself A new outfit for my brothers gathering.

3rd goal- hit the 50 pound loss by April 28th/ I got there late but I got there. Again just one weigh in late, lol. I will be getting myself a medicure and my nails done. Plus eyebrow waxing.

4th goal- To be a size 18 by Oct 28th. That Will be one year since my Journey began. And that will be 5 sizes lost./

Okay so today is 3-5-09....I wanted to do a update on whats been going on with me. Well here it is. I started here hoping to last but never thinking I could. Well I am still here and still losing and have no plans on ever quitting. I am much stronger then I ever thought. I started a size 28 and I am now a size 24/26. It is so great to know my body is getting smaller, although I don't see the changes myself yet.

4-5-09......Just quickly wanted to update. Today I lost 50 pounds exactly in total. I am so happy. Words can't ever describe how I feel. I have never before ever lost 50 pounds or even close to 50. Its always 10 pounds or even 20. This is a huge thing. I am so proud of myself. Plus I am wearing a size 22. Not all styles but at lane bryant I am and thats all that matters to me, lol.

My Goals:
Ok so I hope to lose at least 160 pounds. I'm only 5'1" so more if i can...and if I decide to.

My Program:
I am watching what I eat. I eat anything just not all at once. I make sure I get at the least 8 cups of water a day. And I'm exercising at least 30 minutes a day.

Personal Information:
I'm here to lose weight and change my life and become the best ME I can be. I am a 29 year old stay at home mommy of a 4 year old boy. He is my life. I have a great husband of 7 years who is a great supporter of everything that I do. My 2 guys mean the world to me.

Other Information:
Im really into the biggest loser. I still don't know how they do so much exercise.
I love to read. True crime is my favorite. And I love to come on SP!!! I love the support and It makes me feel accountable.
