    Great going, Amanda. If you seem to be stuck at 139, take a little time off and eat a bit more to jog your metabolism. When you go back to what works for you, the pounds will seem to melt off.

    You have me beat. I started at 237, and am now at 179, so I've lost 58 lbs. my goal is 140. I, too, have taken it slow. I started in March 2015. Hopefully, it'll stay off now that I have a better understanding of things.
