Hello. I am a SAHM with 3 boys and husband. I live in Michigan and attend college full time. I have decided that I will no longer accept my excuses and am going to take responsibility for my person and habits. I want to change. I want to be healthier and feel good about myself. I will succeed!

My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose about 80 pounds and to become healthier version of my current self. Also, to decrease my pain from Firbomyalgia threw exercise and weight loss.
My short term goals are to finish school (my Associates in Science) and to pick up some good habits. ;-)

My Program:
It's a new year so I decided to revamp my program. I am now doing the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred, along with 28 day boot camp through SP and strength training 3 days a week. I am watching my diet, eating better healthier foods and reducing snacking and limiting it to only healthy fruits and veggies. The most important thing is I am working on "stopping and learning how to tell if I am really hungry" and PORTION control.

Personal Information:
My name is Amber. I have been struggling with my weight since high school (bad eating habits, lack of exercise and steroid treatments for my Crohn's Disease and Asthma). It has been a constant struggle. I will succeed for myself and my family!!!

Other Information:
I personally do believe that "True beauty is within." and that I try to never judge people because I have no right to do so.
I love to read books. Some of the authors I really like are; Sue Grafton, Janet Evonovich, Jenifer Cruise, Tami Hoag, Debbie Macomb, Etc.
