I will be 28 this upcoming year and married eith a little boy. My goal by 2/23/2009 - and I am not pushing it back any further! - of this year (and to maintain) is to be 125 pounds. I am 5'3" and have come to terms that that is not an unrealistic goal. I want to be thin, toned, and tight. I have been miserable with my current weight for a year. Now I feel 20 pounds overweight again because I had a baby. I am ready to quit my bad eating splurges an make a healthy change every day from here on out. My only real set backs is losing my discipline on the weekends, and giving into cravings late at night. I am going to do this this time, I am sick of saying that and am going to put my foot down and just do it!!! PLus, I have my husband doing weekly weigh in's with me to keep my motivation up. I want to be a tight and toned momma!

Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
I want to be 120 pounds by March 2007. More importantly I want to manitain this weight for ever - especially till May 20, 2007.

My Program:
1200-1550 calories a day; a minimum of 45 minutes exercise 5xs a week; strength training on some days too LeanCusine; a ton of fruits and veggies; and three servings of low or non fat dairy a day.

Personal Information:
I was born in Los Angeles County. I lived in Europe for 3.5 years, and now I am in residing in San Diego Ca. I plan to stay here until I die.

Other Information:
I appreciate any tips or motivation from any woman out there, especially one who is similar to me physically and with her goals.

    There's a team called Victoria’s Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining.     Bonnie, I look forward to getting to know you on the Tight and Toned board. It looks like we're in about the same place with where we were and where we need to be. It's tough being short.
