    Thanks for the sweet blog comment hun! Stupid google, i really dont know why that got to me so much. I am five three as are you. And i have always had a very althetic muscular type build, due to years of dance and cheerleading. So i honestly think 130-140 would look prettty dang good on my frame. Some guys are just freaking male chauvinist pigs. Like seriously women should just stay home and work out? are you kidding me. WTFFF! makes me mad. i try and go for a 45 min run- about 4 sometimes 5 times a week and do an hour of zumba thursdays, I try and eat somewhere btwn 1200-1500 cals a day. for the longest time id barely eat 1200 and i wasnt losing.

    i was working out the first two weeks and maintained my weight (since i was snacking so much). but the last week i didn't exercise one single bit and before this last weigh-in i indulged in a yea...i think i actually did gain the weight back. hopefully it will start coming off as easy as it did before!

    well i am back up to 149.0 (from 146.5) from the last week of laziness, haha! so i am back to exercising and eating well, starting today. and now i am going to go read all your blogs that i have missed. :)
