    The yoga melt down does have cardio in the half hour work out it is more interval training which studies have shown burn more fat. I use JM's stuff on my "off days". I'm doing Turbulence Training Abs which is strength training and interval training 3 times a week with four days of "easy". I do the TT intervals at the beginning of my runs then finish off with whatever my milage is supposed to be that day.

    this weekend is killing me! weekend from heck! I have all these wedding tastings for my best friends wedding, and then we have been eating so bad during all the planning sutff so far i have eaten a cupcake, a canoli, a piece of cheesecake, pizza, and mcdonalds, a whiskey sour. annnd tonight promises to bring more alcohol, aye yi yi . im in weight loss heck.
