Hi everyone! I'm Crystal. Thanks for checking out my page.

I have failed many times in changing my habits to eat better and live a healthy lifestyle. But not any more! This time I am going to succeed! And I am succeeding thanks to SP.

My main source of motivation is to finally be fit enough to join my friends on many of their physical activites including snowboarding, rollerblading, mountain climbing and hiking.

And when I reach my goal weight, my eventual long term goal is to run a marathon; which means I actually have to start running. Hmmmm......

This program has taken me up and down, but most of all, even with the various setbacks, (I've only ever reached one of my goals) I'm still sticking with it. The weight may slowly be coming off, but I'm determined to have it all off by this time next year. I think, wait, I know, I can do this. I'm doing it already. I've already lost 40 pounds.

Exercise and eating right, here I come.

Eating right - I''m watching my portion sizes and only eating when I''m actually hungry! No more mindless emotional eating

Exercising - working on building muscles through strength training and getting in the cardio. I don''t want to be out of breath going up 2 flights of stairs!
