    Hey,

    How are you doing?
    I have not been very moticated.. got A LOT going on.. but after I saw the physical therapist today.. im hoping it will be easier.. because the problem with my back for the last 6month from the car accident, that the 10 doctors I saw, the pain was caused by my ribs and spinal joints popped out..
    he popped them back in today. so I hope it will be easier for me to workout.. less pain..
