Thanks for the comment on my blog! You're right it's easier to see how far I've come when I look at stuff other than the scale. I was only able to do 10 min at a time on my elliptical machine before I felt like I was gonna pass out and now I can do over an hour. Also I could barely lift my head to do a crunch and felt like I was dying to get 10 done; the other day I did 3 sets of 15. Thanks so much for helping me put it into perspective!

Thank you so much for the sweet comment on my blog! Its funny I normally would have a ton of comments by now as I have quite a few sparkfriends and a very supportive BLC6 team but i think this goes so much deeper then alot of people can handle. I don't think your being pushy or rude at all i appreciate your comment and suggestions so very much!

Hello to another Independent type -- and belly dancer!

I have the New York City Ballet workout book. Very hard exercises and hard to translate from a book. I had an old VHS video of it--never made it through one workout, ha! It doesn't seem like they should be hard--but they are.

There are some clips on YouTube, too. The leg work is especially valuable.

I'm so glad that my blog post made you feel a little better! You're among people who have the same issues you do (I in fact suffer from depression myself). You can make it! Believe in yourself!
