Hey there! I am a widowed, 27 year old mother of 2. I will be losing at least 45 pounds. I love to be outside so I will struggle some throughout the winter months. I really do enjoy exercising. It's a great stress releiver! I am a teacher's assistant in a first grade classroom and in special education. My two kids are my life. I have a boy who is 5 and a girl who is 8. They are very active in all sorts of sports! As well as I. We love to do things like that together too. I am trying this out for support because my kids don't quite give me enough. LOL I will try to update this when I become more familiar with all of this stuff. So far I think this website is great!

I am so excited to start a new challenge on the 24th of January! I hope this will give me the push I need to get my butt in gear. I am looking forward to this!

I made it through my first boot camp challenge! I ended up doing pretty well! Thank you all! I have a great start towards my ultimate goal so that's really good. I have started my next challenge on my boot camp team, but I don't think this one will push me quite as much as the last one. I will try to do my best though and hopefully I can keep up my motivation. I will check in again later! Hope everyone is doing well working towards their goals!

Hello again! I have wonderful news! I have went down 4 pant sizes since I first started Sparkpeople! Yippee!!! I have been working really hard and loving it every bit though. I am getting closer to my goal! I get addicted to working out since I love the feeling I have when I am done with a really good workout. Good luck with your own personal goals and don't ever give up!

My Goals:
I will get to 145 lbs! I will give up mountain dew! I will quit smoking! I will become healthier and stronger!

My Program:
I am doing cardio at least 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes each day. I am doing strength training 3 times a week. I am cutting out 1 cigarette each day until I'm done. I am cutting back on my mountain dew until I don't have any each day.
