I'm not new to the weight loss scene. I've struggled with my weight for my entire adult life. I've reached my goal weight in the past, and then completely got off course, and now here I am again. I'm feeling good, though, and in control, which is the key for me. I'm determined to achieve a healthy body again and to set a positive example for my kids as to how to eat and exercise and live a healthy lifestyle.

Starting weight 8/29: 177.8
9/5: 173.9
9/12: 176.4 (what-huh?!?)
9/19: 173.8
9/26: 172.2
10/3: 167.2 (boo-ya!)
10/10: 165.7
10/17: 162.8 (15 lbs gone!!!)
10/24: 161.6
10/31: 157.1 (20 lbs gone!!!)
11/7: 157.1 (I'm lucky it's not a gain. I slacked off this week.)
11/14: 152.0 (25 lbs gone!!!)

Fitness Minutes: 1,168

My Goals:
My first short-term goal is to lose 10 lbs. Buying a smaller jean size wouldn't hurt my feelings, either.

My long-term weight goal is to reach 135 lbs. I'll evaluate at that point if I feel like I could go lower and maintain it. We'll see.

Also, when I grow up, I want to run a marathon. Really, really bad. Just one. To say that I have. :)

My Program:
Currently, I'm doing some sort of cardio exercise 5 days/week. I'm working my way through the Couch to 5K training program. I've been successful with the C25K program in the past, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who thinks that running might be interesting but they doubt they could. YES, YOU CAN. On the days I'm not running, I speed walk or do a step-aerobics video. I haven't started strength training yet, but I plan to do so soon!

Personal Information:
I'm originally from AZ, but am now living in OR. I'm a happily married mother of 3, and I'm determined to be one hot mama by the time I'm 41. ;)
