Goodbye 2020 and Hello 2021!

I've made many improvements since January 1, 2010, when I first joined SparkPeople, and I'm still working to be a better me. This program helps me to focus more on my health, and I have made many great SparkFriends whose strength, motivation, and encouragement have helped me along this life journey.

Thank you, SparkPeople!

Hi,It's just at a stand still me. Can't figure out why I can't lose anymore. I'm so frustrated. I did post some of my crafts on my SP photo section. I don't eat when I'm crafting so guess I'll be busy for awhile. Have a great week end. emoticon

Hello, I just came in from the patio. It is so nice outside, warm, but windy. I made myself walk 16 min.
We are leaving on May 29 from Colorado to the east coast. Our first stop will be Omaha, NE, then Chicago, Niagara Falls, Boston and then NYC. Then back home a different route where we will stop in St. Louis for two nights. I am looking forward to this trip as I have never been east. Not looking forward to trying to eat healthy but will do the best I can. I do intend to try Chicago pizza and NY pizza! We are still trying to find a hotel in the NY area and the Boston area that we can afford. Impossible. We found one that looks promising on Staten Island.
I hope all is going well for you. Are you still working on your craft room? I haven't even started. emoticon

Keep up your progress in decluttering when you can. Do not worry if it goes very slow. Took hours for me just to go thru a few drawers but that is because I am actually doing something with the stuff, put it in a garbage bag to throw out or in a box for the garage sale, not back in the drawer. Now one drawer has all my sewing supplies (forgot I had an electric scissors) and knitting needles and the others are mostly empty. Now to put in new scented drawer liners and put in my underwear, nighties, T - shirts, socks, etc instead of left piled on top of the washer, looked like Flylady says "Mt. Washmore".

If you like Gregorain chants you will also like Hildegard of Bingen's medieval music with women's voices

Happy Birthday to your grandson! I hope you make healthy choices this evening. It's ok to splurge just a little now than not at all and bindge a whole lot later. Stay strong, I know you can do it.
    Have fun - Stacy
