I am a married mother of two sweet kids, age 4 and 2. It is time to lose the excess baggage from my last pregnancy. I recently trained and completed my 1st half marathon- the Kansas City Half. I finished under my goal time- 2:28:56.

I work as an RN in a local ICU. I need to focus now on losing at least 25 pounds and lowering my cholesterol. I plan on starting training for another half in the spring, so now is time to get serious!
