Hi, I'm Jamie. Mom, truckers wife living a truckers life out on the road with my trucker. Nope I don't drive but I do cook, craft, and enjoy the scenery as he works and we travel coast to coast. Many adventures, new things to learn and see while continuing my journey to a healthier me.

As of June 2017 I too am a truck driver. We bought 20 acres in Texas and are in the midst of developing our land.

Fitness Minutes: 135,852

My Goals:
My current goal is to continue working out 4-5 days per week.

Eating green faces, meaning little to no processed foods.

Reach my desired weight of 195.

My Program:
Exercise of some sort every day, walking/running/bicyling/weights/core. Even restroom pushups; squats before meals, etc.

Watching what I eat, trying to stay with in calorie range and get enough protein and limit my carbs to those from freggies.

Personal Information:
I took a huge leap and moved to TX with DH for a new job. I am an empty nester and looking for work. I spend my day working my Beachbody business, exercising, walking the dog and taking care of our home while looking for a job.

Other Information:
My favorite movies are Disneys Fantasia (most anything Disney really) and It's a Wonderful Life. Love the classic Fred Astire, Jimmy Stewart, Danny Kaye, the Little Rascals. Lots of good stuff!

Favorite book: Gone with the Wind, most anything by Stephen King and broadening my horizons thanks to my youngest daughter. Reading a lot of stuff about teens and the trials of life as a teen today versus twenty plus years ago.

Favorite food: Oh so many choices - DARK CHOCOLATE 70% cocoa or better, mom's liver and onions, other sinful treats

    You got me! I didn't get to your 3 sets of 12 squats last night, I opted to watch a movie with the BF and turn off the gadgets. Happy New Year! I wish you all the best in 2017!

    I have done your 3 sets of 25 squats with 10 pound dumbbells in each hand (may have to change this if everybody starts sending me squats!

    You should know how I roll now, so muster up some dumbbells and start your 3 sets of 25 because a snowball about the size of a volley ball has been launched at your pretty head!

    Okay, weighted squats done.

    Now let's rock some shoulder work with rows, 3 sets of 25 at a weight of your choice.

    Wow, skater squats are hard but I managed to make it. I know I will be feeling the results tomorrow getting up and down.(better than a snowball!)
    For you a snowball or go climb a mountain, with 3 sets of mountain climbers. 12 reps each set emoticon
