❤ LadyStarSparkel - Once a Model... Now ~100lbs Overweight! Ugh!!! SO DISCOURAGING!!!! ... PRAYING!!! Jan '18 started GREAT & lasted about a week. Now it's Sept & I'm trying again with a New Strategy... Use Coaching!!! SP Premium Coaching, Kaiser Permanente (my Medical Provider) Cosching, & 24Hr Fitness Coaching. Without Accountability, Validation, & Encouragement I simply give up too easily!!! What follows is a Synopsis of my History... Slender until my 40s (~135-145lbs), I went through "The Change" early (42) and Weight started "Coming On." I went from ~145lbs to 220lbs by the time I'd reached 50. At 50, I found a Strict Support Group & lost 70lbs!!! WOW!!! I kept the weight off for ~6 years!!! I swore I'd NEVER put it on again!!! But, "LIFE HAPPENED"... My Rigid Support didn't bend with my changing life... By 60 ~250lbs!!! (Now, 63, ~265lbs??? YIKES!!!) I PRAYED for "Something" to HELP Get & Stay MOTIVATED!!! ***Sparkpeople*** had seemed the Answer!!! I began my SP Adventure in April 2015... GOAL: to get to ~150lbs & STAY THERE!!! I GREW DRAMATICALLY thru SP!!! I went From feeling a HOPELESS to feeling ENTIRELY SURE THIS WAS GOING TO HELP ME!!! (Dropping 5lbs in 5 days will do that!!!!) Sadly, my Enthusiasm & Weight Loss didn't last. * I did lose ~25lbs thru Sparkpeople's BLC28 (Biggest Loser Challenge). At the end, however, I experienced some Traumatic Stuff there & DROPPED OUT of SP Altogether!!! Result??? I promptly put on 30lbs!!! Ugh!!! * I didn't think I'd come back to SP... "A Few Bad Apples" had ruined it for me!!! Now, January 2018 is here... I"ve a New Kaiser Doctor, who I looking forward to meeting, I'm back to Sparkpeople & Joined Premium... I'm OPTIMISTIC AGAIN!!! YAY!!! [* NOTE: Enormous Disappointment upon meeting that "New Doctor" is probably what Squashed my Enthusiasm & Optimism... She didn't even so much as offer a Good Pep Talk!!!] Sept '18: Maybe with "Actual Support" I can again really use SP!!! This time, I PRAY to STICK with it!!! * I've LEARNED SO MUCH HERE & MET SO MANY FAB SP FOLKS!!! ♡ ♡ ♡ BLESSINGS to ALL!!! ♡ ♡ ♡ TODAY, I PRAY (AGAIN!!!) to PLEASE KEEP UP My MOTIVATION!!!
