    Hi Linda, nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by my page. As for the bike rides, I've done 4 of the week long ones and was planning one this year and my 2 partners bailed on me and althought it is a self sufficient ride, I don't wanna ride it alone. So I'm training for a duathlon in Sept, 2 mile run/ 13 mile bike ride/ 2 mile run. As for the ride...I start doing 5 miles at the beginning and just continue. On days off longer rides. The last month or 2 before I try to get in lots of 25 mile rides and at least 2-3 40 mile rides and 50 mile rides. If you can do that, you can do the week. I have to look at it this way, I only have to ride 18-20 miles, cause that's how long it usually is to the first/next rest stop, so I break up the whole day that way. Only 18 miles, then I get off the bike rest a bit, have a snack, potty break and back on for only 20 miles this time. That's the only way through it for me. If you decide to do one, let me know. They are awesome!

    Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons.
