    Hello! Saw your post on the panic button thread. I know it's hard to stop focusing so much on the food and it's hard at times not to wanna eat it all. I changed my thoughts around a bit, now when I meal plan I get excited. I tell myself I will only buy just what I need from the grocery list I make from the weeks menu. This way if I over eat I am going to run out of food by the last day and go hungry lol. I also get excited to get to buy these great wholesome groceries and give thanks that they are there for me to purchase and that I am able to purchase them. I try to stay busy with other activities to use up my time so I am not sitting there thinking about when I can eat next.

    I know you can do this!
