    5. There are lots of coaching tips and exercise videos for all levels. Snd that sums it up. I am not a paying member and have access to all that. It links to fitness devices and apps not something I am into. Good luck.

    4. It is easy to add food as you can multi add your meal. Easy to load your own recipes. Someone linked a thread about transferring SP recipes to MFP.

    3. They have a community tab with lots of groups, I joined an over 50s group but havent delved into it yet. It was people sharing their every day life etc. There appears to be challenges but as far as I know not as good as SP??

    2. It sends a notification if I dont log food but not annoying. You see exercise your MFP friends are doing which is inspiring. You can read friend blogs and comment. You can cheer on others by leaving comments on their posts of exercise etc.
