For information about bio-identical hormones, check out http://www.naturalmedicinecda.com/contactu
s.html where I went in Coeur D'Alene. Dr. Pam is wonderful and has been so helpful on my journey. The depression can be the worst. The beginning of this year I was a basket case. I just felt so depressed and unhappy. The hormone levels being erratic is enough reason to feel depressed without all of the other problems it causes. (fun, fun and more fun) I would really love to be there for you. You can sparkmail me anytime and maybe we can even make a date to meet at the mall one day or something. Try to enjoy the holidays and don't eat too many of the high calorie-laden food and drinks. But if you do get an eggnog, enjoy it for me too! Good luck and keep in touch! I'm now the poster child for finding health after a hysterectomy!

Hi! I read that you had a total hysterectomy in September and are having trouble with the hormones. I can totally relate! I had ovarian cancer almost 2 years ago and they had to do a total hysterectomy. They didn't want me to take hormones at first because of the cancer, but then when my hormone levels just dropped almost off the charts, it became inevitable. I opted, against my oncologist's wishes, to try Bio-Identical hormone therapy. It took quite awhile to find the right levels and formula, but now my hormones are no longer a problem. You may wish to look into them. They are more natural to the system and it's a decision I have never regretted.

If you wish to ever talk about the way the operation left you feeling about yourself or how you are coping with recovery, please feel free to contact me. I would love to help! Good luck!
