Spring, 2021 (northern hemisphere)!! How’s everyone faring?? Got my Covid19 vaccinations! No negative reaction to either shot. (Moderna) — Went VEGAN/plant-based (from longtime vegetarian) December, 2020, and haven’t looked back. APRIL: Started Intermittent Fasting (which I already had done a bit since going KETO/low-carb in 2016). 16:8 daily fast; almost all WHOLE FOODS; no calorie-counting. Drinking SO MUCH water (60-80 fluid oz a day). My Goals:
Keep UPPING my fitness game!!

Spring home cleaning & garden prep, planning, and execution. More great run/bounce/walks (on rebound boots) with the doggie, and low intensity walks and jogs on my mini-trampoline. Long-term love affair with that one, little piece of home equipment that's been VERY, VERY good to me. (The mini-trampoline!)




My Program:
Strength training including bodyweight, and CARDIO. Currently lifting my way from 15 lb to a pair of 20 lb. (dumb)bells. Love my kettlebells, too. Get new rebound boots for grandbaby.



Personal Information:
Love fitness and recreational sports, and sharing fit activities with enthusiastic others. Above all, I compete with myself.
