2021 Goals

To BE better and DO better!

Exercise 5 days a week and track my progress.

Other goals for 2021 to make ME a better person:


Purge and clean something everyday, reduce household items!
I made great progress in 2020, I have already started a box for goodwill for this year!!

I want to look as sexy as I feel! To be healthy and happy.

Drink lots and lots of water.

Eat CLEAN!

Visit SparkPeople daily to help with motivation.

To walk at least 30 minutes everyday.

    Good Morning on this Thoughtful Thursday. Thinking I need to quit laying here and typing and get up and move. I have a tendency just to want to sit here and type all day. I know I can't because when I don't do things in moderation to the exclusion of other things that need to get done, it makes me depressed and I want to stay on this be more. Not good! Sooooo, up and at'm Have a good productive day.
