I had struggles with weight all of my life. Even as a child I remember having to 'watch what I ate' and counting carbohydrates in my elementary school cafeteria during lunch! Although I had been physically active from childhood through the teen years and into adulthood, which helped to keep my weight in check, I continued to struggle. My weight was like a yo-yo, going up and down as I would do every fad diet and gimmick that came around.

After having an emergency hysterectomy in 1998 and hearing that 'weight gain' was a side effect, my weight began to climb. At 5'1" my body grew and grew until I didn't think I could get any larger. In 2004, I found myself weighing 225 lbs and wearing a size 22! I had resigned myself to the fact that this is how I would spend the rest of my life - after was 'hormonal'. I would not even try losing because I was afraid to find out that I COULDN'T lose due to lack of hormones and would rather not know than try and fail.

Then something miraculous happened in July of 2004... the Lord intervened and I was freed from the deception that I could not lose! I immediately made a decision, found discipline and took ACTION!

It June of 2006, the Lord birthed within me a ministry/business to help others to reach their goals. He gave me, No More Weighting and since that moment have been focused on fulfilling my calling in this area!

You may be feeling can't lose, fear that because obesity runs in the family, that you can't finish what you start, you don't have the will power or self control to reach your goals or perhaps that it is too late to start...that you will be this way for the rest of your life! I'm here to tell you - it's NEVER TOO LATE and if I can do it, YOU can do it!!

If you haven't tried it in a while, I assure you the legwarmers and thong leotards left when the 80's did. It is FUN and a tough workout to top 40's songs - a little rock, a little pop, a little country and a little hip-hop. It is so much fun you don't even realize that you are working out (oh, except for the sweat).
