Fitness Minutes: 3,389

My Goals:
* Reach my goal weight (164) by May 2012 - my fifth anniversary- so that I can enjoy my trip to Ireland!

*Complete all of Flylady's Beginner's Baby Steps, at my own pace, and then FLY!!!

*Come to a place of consistency in my faith, and seek God's will for my life.

My Program:
To attain my health goals, I'm following the spark system as it has been laid out for me; nothing more, nothing less. I'm taking small, manageable pieces of the program into place a bit at a time so as to avoid burnout.

I'm doing the beginning baby steps in Flylady's program, but I'm giving myself a week to incorporate each step, rather than a single day. While this will take the better part of a year, I also think it will make it stick better.

I firmly believe that one of the key ways we draw closer to God is through His word, so I'm making a point to spend time in study and prayer every single day. I'm currently finishing up week 4 of Beth Moore's Daniel study with a small group, and will join the next available study after that. When ever possible, I'm also trying to make a point to go to church 3 times a week. I don't want to be legalistic about it, but I know that I, personally, need every opportunity to connect with the body of Christ.
