I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, nutritionist, zumba instructor, bikini model and Brazilian Samba dancer!!!

I was once I am a happy, healthy, strong 147! Remember, the number means nothing. The numbers that matter are your cholesterol, blood pressure and heart rate. Word of advice: When the scale is pissing you off, hide it under your bed and rely on how your clothes fit. if the pants are falling off you are doing great. Muscle weighs more than fat and often times when that scale goes up it means you are doing something right!

Hello everyone, my name is Mrs. Kay Lee. I am 31 years old married to a wonderful man, we have three children and one on the way. We have relocated to Fort Hood, Texas and I sooo can not wait to get back to VA. Until then, I am here to motivate others (especially military spouses) to get fit and love themselves once again. So if you want to do a boot camp, go on a walk, have a samba class or just go for mani and pedi, I'm here.

Fitness Minutes: 2,460

My Goals:
1. Lose 7lbs of fat

2. Build more muscle _complete

3. Update that photo!!-complete

4. Compete in my first figure competition in September and try to place in the top five. _complete

5. Go to Brazil with my friends and Samba dance with the salgueiro!

6.Go home to Panama and
walk on the beach NAKED!

My Program:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday-elliptical, smith machine squats, lat pulldown, chest press and stretching

This is my workout while I'm pregnant to stay fit and make weight loss easy after I deliver. I also dance samba twice a week just because I enjoy it. I don't see it as a workout even though you burn up 1500 calories :)
