Hello My Name is LeWanda and welcome to my Spark world. I am extremely confident and love being a full figured woman. I love my curves and shape of my hips and big bodacious booty. However, this also brings on many health risks that can be debilitating to your body. Several years ago when I joined Spark in 2006, my goal was to lose weight, save my life and stop the physical pain from being morbidly obese in my back and knees. After several failed attempts at losing and regaining weight I had Weight Loss Surgery in 2012. My highest weight was 452 lbs and on the day of my surgery I was 448 lbs. I successfully lost 145 lbs but never met my weight loss goal of 200 lbs. After a year my surgeon told me I had lost all the weight I could with the sleeve and now the rest is on me. That sent me into panic mode. Doubting myself and my ability to achieve my goal weight of 250 lbs. As the years went by some of my old habits of eating and not exercising started to set in. The aches and the pains that had left my body were coming back. Now here we are in 2018 and my body is once again betraying me with aches and excruciating pain. I gained back 57 lbs over the past couple of years. I can't live this life of pain and immobility. I am once again dedicating myself to reaching my goal weight of 250 lbs. Here we go again. Another leg of this journey. I began taking Saxenda the injectable weight loss drug on November 14, 2019. Still reaching for my goal of 250l a so I can have my right hip replacement and bilateral knee replacements. I am not trying to be skinny just healthy and pain free. I hope to inspire other women my size to be confident and love themselves while achieving a healthy lifestyle. Why is it we get frustrated with our weight loss efforts and just say to heck with it and go back to our unhealthy ways? I don't have the answers but all I have is the conviction to Start Over Again. However, I can tell you that I am prepared to give it another shot because I Love Me, I Love my Family and most importantly I Love Being Here. Alive to share all of the Ups and Downs, Trials and Tribulations that I''m destined to experience. I want to Live. I want to Love. I want to do these things pain free and happy. We only get one Life to Live and I want to make sure it''s the best life ever!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose over 250+ lbs, live a healthy lifestyle, love my curves and teach others to do the same.

My goal is also to be a positive role model for women my size who want to lose weight but don't know where to begin.

Ultimately, I would love to become a personal trainer for other plus size women.

My Program:
I have a Sleeve therefore my portions are smaller..

I am following a Low Carb and High Protein eating plan.

Most important of all exercise is the key to my success.

Personal Information:
I am a confident Big Beautiful Woman who realizes the effect weight can have on your body as you get older. I've always been okay with my body but as I get older my body is betraying me. Hmm? Maybe I have betrayed my body. The BETRAYAL stops TODAY!

I realize I can not do this alone and I need the support of family, friends and my Spark buddies.

Lately, I have been dreaming about walking again for fun or romance! I remember when a simple walk was second nature. Now it invokes fear and panic! I want this dream to come true.

I know I have a long journey but I am ready.

I also do not want to be skinny. I love my curves and big ole booty. I want to be healthy and strong! I want to live a healthy lifestyle pain free.

Other Information:
I'm looking for positive, committed, free spirited buddies to share this weight loss journey with!

I am looking for buddies who also have over 200 lbs to lose.
