    Hi, I'm glad to see that you have made it to the 2nd week of the Challenge. I can tell you that if you do what they ask you will see a weight lose, lower BS readings and most likely you will be wearing smaller clothes at the end of the 8 weeks. This is a gental way to change your habits to better habits! I have made it to the 1st day of week 6! I took a look at finding a new recipe and thought no way. But I was having a dinner and found just a great soda bread recipe. emoticon You can do this, find others to chat your way through the weeks. emoticon Some one who will encourage you to keep going and you can do the same for others ! wishing you much Success while you are taking this Challenge Journey!
