I've been away from the site for a long time. I'm finally back. Although I hve been gone, I still have been watching what I eat. Now I'm ready to really use the site the way it should be used.

Hello family and friends call me Nikki. I'm 42 years old, and ready to live life. I need to feel better about myself and live a healthier lifestyle.. for my 16 year old daughter as well. Want to grow old seeing her enjoy life as well.

See I'm enjoying life but not really living it as I'm scared to do and try certain things because of my weight. But I need a change. Always keep thinking I'm going to die like my mom did at the age of 46.

Physically there is nothing wrong with me as the doctor have told me. Just need to move my body and watch what I eat. He suggested weight watchers. I've tried over and over and still nothing. Tracked my points stayed in range. I kept losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. Very discouraging. So I'm going to track my foods, increase water and exercise.

I think some of the times I'm not eating enough food. Some days I'm under 1,000 calories. If I'm real busy and don't take the time out to eat. I figure oh well I missed breakfast or lunch and that's it. The weekends is the worst because I only end up eating 1 meal a day. Which I know is a big No, No!

You don't know my story all the things that I've been through; you can't feel my pain of what I had to go through to get here, You'll never understand my praise, don't try to figure it out, because my worship is for real. I've been through too much not to worship him.

My Program:
My plan is to first include God.

Phil 4:13 With God all things are possible.

1. start drinking at least 64 oz of water daily.
2. Do some type of workout daily.
3. weigh and measure all foods.
4. Track all food that enters my mouth. Even if it is just a bite.
5. Try and keep trigger foods out of my home.
