I'm tired of finding excuses for not working out. I'm tired of saying,"I'll start my diet tomorrow." I look in the mirror and don't recognize the person that is starring back at me. Scared me for a second she looked like she wanted to eat me or something, I thought, but then I realized that the person was my own reflection. I am ready to do this thang. I know that through this life style change, a new confidence, health, and waistline will appear, and finally my outter beauty will be a reflection of my inner beauty. So come on fat, I'm ready for you now. Bring it on, cause you will not will.

Fitness Minutes: 422

My Goals:
My goal is to have a plan and stick to it. I have wasted enough time as it is and I am trully ready to do this. I would like to loose about 25-40 pounds. I did it about 2 years ago and slowly gained it back due to neglect. I am ready to make me a priority.

My Program:
I am doing 5 days of work out a week. I am also going to drink at least 8 glasses of water a week.

Mon-Fri I am doing Tae-Bo Cardio. Its hard, but it will become easier. I also will be doing at least 25 crunches following my workout.

Other Information:
I love to read and write. I have just recently given up my other passion which was eatting sweets or eatting out. I am currently writing a book.
