    Thanks for commenting on my blog. To answer your question about Sparkcoach: some people find it repetitive, but I like the repetitiveness, as I've found that that old adage "practice makes perfect" applies here. Repeating the courses reinforces good habits and reminds you of things you forgot about lifestyle changes. Also, rating yourself on your behaviours on a regular basis is extremely helpful and keeping little notes about what you did well or what you need to improve on. I also like the visualisations at the beginning. I like that it reminds you to track your food and exercise and little things like that, although I don't do some of the things on it like message board stuff etc. I like the videos a lot and overall I think it's a really great program for keeping you on track. I think Premium is really worth it for Sparkcoach and for the extra features with the nutrition tracking as I am very much into macros, etc. Just my humble opinion.
