My Name is Abbie and I have made the personal decision to LIVE LIFE! I consider myself generally healthy as far as physically (ran my first half marathon in January). My issues are that I am 5'2 (vertically challenged with alot of sass!) I am comfortable at about 125-130 which is where I was BEFORE I got married then I tipped the scales (my max at 154, remember I'm short! With no children yet) my fear is that I will fall into the trap of diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure like so many people that look like me. I love cardio(can spin at least 5 days a week).....hate dieting( I can eat fries, loaded baked potato and potato salad on one plate and think of them as members of different food groups!) that is where I need to be held accountable in order to see a difference as a result of all the work I put it at the gym.

My Goals:
To make healthy eating and fitness a lifelong journey. I ultimately want to run a marathon-then do a triathalon. In the meantime complete my short term goals of completing the P90x program, tone up and encourage my husband to become healthier.


My Program:
P90x 6 days a week, Follow nutritional guidelines (out with the junk) add three days of running into my schedule after about a month of the program. I also want to drop my body fat from 29% to 18%. Watch my carb intake (good carbs only!). Watch myself transform into the person physically that I have always been scared to be because of my dependency on food.
