Hey! My name is Terrah and I have been on spark since 2007 and I hold it soley responsible for my weight loss....I lost 73lbs! yay!
Then in Oct '09 I had a baby and during my pregnancy I gained 60lbs....WOW...yeah it was a lot but I lost 48lbs in the first two weeks and I am now back to pre-preg weight...just 6 months later.

Fast Forward 2 1/2 years on 4/12/12 I had my second (and last) baby girl. I gained 60lbs again this time (I know right ugh!) but I am 6 weeks post baby and I am down 29lbs. The weight is def not coming off as quickly this time but I can do it!!!

I get mail all the time asking me....How did you do it. I'm now a Zumba instructor and Zumba 6 days a week sometimes 2-3 times a day. I also watch my calorie intake....I generally try to get about 1800 a day. I also take Shedz as a Supplement to help with Endurance and muscle tone......I personally love it. I take the Her Creatine.....fat burner and MultiVitamin

My Goals:
My Goals are simple...I want to be confident and happy with how I look and feel. I want to be able to throw on a pair of shorts or a bikini and feel like a million bucks!

My Program:
I watch my calories...I don't really pay any attention to anything else but calories and high protein. I just recently started P90X and I LOVE it! Its amazing how it challenges me and my mucles in ways I've never been worked before! YAY!
