I have been overweight most of my life. As a child I was a bit chubby, nothing too out of control, but I remember being a sneak eater. I used to smuggle store-bought cookies up to my bedroom in my robe pocket. During high school I struggled and kept my weight to a healthy 10-15 lbs. overweight. By the time I got married my weight was 150 and I felt like a whale. Oh my, what I wouldn't GIVE to weight 150 again. I gained 90 lbs. during my pregnancy. I have lost, gained and re-lost and re-gained that 90 lbs. over and over again. I'm so tired of it. I am either DIETING or GAINING. No maintaining here. I'm either FAT or LESS FAT.

I have to be on a strict plan or I cheat. I probably need psychiatric help, but due to funding, Sparkpeople will just have to suffice! :)

I absolutely HATE exercise. I don't do it. I will, if pressed, walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone, and I have a stationary bike in the basement that I will use for 15 minutes tops. I get bored!! I also have a nautilus monstrosity in the basement that was my sons. He left it here when he moved out years ago, so I like using it for my arms and legs, but only if I'm dieting. When I'm gaining, it's like "what nautilus??" ... So that's it. My story in a nutshell. Help. I need help.

3. EAT HEALTHY - EAT LESS!!!

    The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
